Through this process the cotton fibers produced are stronger and smoother. Meanwhile, Cotton Carded yarn is spun only through a carding machine, the process of separating the cotton by carding so that there are still short and coarse cotton fibers remaining. Combed fabric is certainly softer and smoother than Carded. Carded Cotton is relatively cheaper than Combed Cotton.

Booking

  • Can I change my order after the materials have been ordered?

Can. If the Sales Order has not been confirmed or a Down Payment (DP) has not been made, you can still change your order.

  • Why can't retail orders be changed or canceled after a Sales Order has been created?

Retail orders cannot be changed or canceled because the retail fabric you ordered has already been cut from the parent fabric. Like a rope that has been cut, it cannot be reconnected to its parent rope.

  • Why do I have to make a Down Payment before the Sales Order is created?

Down Payment indicates that our customers have commitment and certainty in ordering our goods and also avoid sudden cancellations from customers. This also makes us more efficient, fast and precise in processing incoming orders. After Down Payment, we will automatically enter your order into our order queue. We also give customers the opportunity to review their orders to avoid order changes or cancellations after the Down Payment has been paid.

  • If I still want to change or cancel the Sales Order that has been made, how do I do it?

For items that have been processed, you cannot cancel them. If you still cancel, your Down Payment will be forfeited. Our advice is to complete your Sales Order, then return the goods.

  • Why do consumer orders for retail orders not weigh according to demand?

For retail orders, we cut the fabric by weighing it according to the order. This weighing method may cause inaccurate weight to match your order. Example: If you buy 10kg of cloth, then the cloth you will receive has a difference of ± 0.02 kg, namely 9.98 kg or 10.02 kg.

  • Why are the colors of the materials I bought before and the ones now different?

There are different lot/batch numbers for each fabric. This lot or batch number is the color matching process in the fabric dyeing process at the factory. This color matching has a tolerance difference of 3-5%.

Payment

  • Can I make payments via transfer or EDC machine for more than the bill amount?

We recommend that you pay according to the invoice bill, no less or no more. If you make a payment in excess of the invoice bill, we will refund it using the same payment method as you with a refund process of 1-7 working days. If you make a payment that is less than the invoice bill, then please make a payment again according to the amount that is less.

  • Why can't my order be picked up because my payment is less than the invoice amount?

If there is a lack of payment, we recommend that you immediately make payment again according to the missing amount, because your order is recorded as an incomplete order in the system and our officers cannot remove your order from the shop.

  • Can I negotiate the price of a product?

Negotiating product prices is normal. However, currently the price of our products is net or non-negotiable.

  • Does PinG Textile have a product discount program?

  • Can I entrust money for other purposes outside the Sales Order?

Can't. We do not accept deposits of money or anything like that for purposes outside the Sales Order.

  • Why are there fees charged for returning or returning retail materials?

Because the material you have ordered has been cut from the parent material. It is difficult for us to find a buyer with the appropriate weight for the material you have returned.
