General Terms and Conditions of Sales for PinG Textile

Thank you for entrusting PinG Textile as your business partner. The following are the general terms and conditions of sales for PinG Textile which regulate the entire process of ordering, sales, delivery and other services, and apply to every transaction at the PinG Textile Online or Offline Shop.
1. OPENING
By continuing the order process, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the general terms and conditions of sale of PinG Textile. If there is a provision that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to raise the issue and/or any questions you may have before agreeing to the Terms and Conditions . Please contact us at our official contact. If you do not agree with all or part of our Terms and Conditions, we recommend not continuing the order process. These Terms and Conditions can be varied or changed at any time without prior notice and will be immediately binding on the date of change the.
2. BOOKING
Before placing an order, please double check the type, color of material and quantity you need so that there are no errors. If there are examples of the type, quality, color of material or product lot number that we need to adjust, please notify us first. Otherwise, the customer is deemed to have agreed with PinG Textile's quality and color standards and the product lot ordered is taken at random. The color samples in our catalog are only a guide, the tolerance for differences with the original color is around 3% to 10%. Order materials by requesting or Providing color samples via photos/digital catalogs will generally not be accurate due to differences in light and display on hardware/electronics. The risk of this difference is beyond our responsibility. The tolerance for differences in material color and accessories (Rib or Collar Cuff) reaches 10%, even in the same lot number. Please ask for samples of the differences first if you are in doubt. Sample requests are provided free of charge in sizes ± 10 x 10 cm, a maximum of 10 material samples. However, please note that the sample colors we provide are not 100% the same as the product you will receive when you make your purchase. The samples we provide are only color guides and have a tolerance of up to 10% with the product you will receive. For samples of all types of materials and colors, we generally provide a catalog that customers can purchase. However, this catalog is temporarily unavailable, and we will announce it when our catalog is available again. We only accept orders based on weight per kg or per roll and do not accept orders based on per meter, yard, shirt, piece or anything else. The minimum order for retail materials is 1 kg. All confirmed retail material orders cannot be canceled or reduced in kg weight. If you still want to change your order, you will be directed to the Returns & Refunds section. Make sure not to place more than one order with the same order. This generally occurs because another representative of the customer has made the same order, or has made an order online, then ordered again on the spot. If this happens, it will be carried out in accordance with Point 2.9. Orders for Pre Oder/Special Order materials can be made with a minimum order of ±300 kg/per type of material/color, after approval of samples of material type, color and price with payment of DP 30 %. 3. WORKING PROCESS
Orders will be entered in the processing queue after the customer confirms the order. The waiting time for order completion is greatly influenced by the length and shortness of the queues that occur in offline and online shop queues. The processing time for each customer varies from one to another, depending on how many/little, simple/complex the order is, and the location of the item's storage location. When processing retail material orders, there is a maximum cutting tolerance of 0.20 kg below or above the requested weight. The amount of weight paid is in accordance with the actual results after cutting. For roll material purchases, generally the weight of 1 roll is around 25 kg, for certain materials it reaches 30 kg or more. For retail material purchases, the material is not cut one by one but is cut according to the number of Kg requested. If our stock is insufficient in 1 piece of material, we will confirm to you that the available material is 2 pieces of material and we will give a discount of IDR 2,000,-/kg for Cotton and Rib, IDR 1,000,-/kg Polyester and Rib .When your order has been completed, we will immediately notify you to carry out the next process.
4. PAYMENT
Payment can be made after your order has been confirmed as complete by our Sales Admin. If within 2x24 hours the customer does not make a minimum down payment of 30% or pay in full, then your order will be automatically canceled and you will be put on the Hit & Run list. If an order is canceled, then the DP money cannot be withdrawn. Payment methods accepted by PinG Textile are:

Customers are asked to send proof of payment transfer along with the name of the account holder to Whatsapp Official Ping Textile (WOP). Payment via bank transfer is declared successful after being verified by the bank concerned and our finance department.
5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
The deadline for delivery and collection of goods is 15:30 WIB. After this time, it will be carried out the following day. To pick up the goods, the customer is required to provide the name and cellphone number of the representative/courier who will pick it up and make sure the representative/courier brings a memo or has the goods pickup receipt number and the customer's full name listed on the invoice. Collector You are required to bring an ID card to match your personal data if necessary. You can pick up goods with an online courier (Gojek, Gocar, Grab, etc.) after making payment and we are not responsible if the online courier cancels your order suddenly without notification. .Delivery of goods to customers can be done after payment. Delivery speed is based on the queuing process and available transportation modes. This delivery process is carried out no later than H 3 after payment or confirmation of the delivery service request from us. Outside this area, ACC Management, rising and falling prices for delivery service providers also affect the free delivery policy.
If the customer asks us to help and arrange delivery at the customer's own expense, please do not make payment to PinG Textile's account, but instead make payment directly to the delivery service/third party concerned. PinG Textile is not responsible for incorrect delivery information, or if someone who is not authorized to accept delivery of the order at the delivery address. Damage and loss of goods that occur during delivery by the delivery service / third party is not the responsibility of PinG Textile, except for delivery from PDS (PinG Delivery Service) Maximum limits for collection and delivery of goods is 30 days after the order is completed. We do not accept goods from any shop. If this is still done by the customer, we are not responsible for any reason for the goods entrusted.
6. HANDOVER OF GOODS
The goods handover process is carried out when the goods are picked up and delivered. Before handing over the goods, our check out department has checked the condition of the packaging/package of your order according to the SOP, clean and not damaged. In the process of picking up & sending goods, customers or couriers please ensure that the number of roll materials and retail material packages is in accordance with the quantity. in the sales receipt on the pick-up delivery note. During the process of picking up the goods, the customer or courier is obliged to report if the condition of the package ordered is damaged, dirty, or there are special requests for the package ordered. Especially for orders for retail materials, we will provide photo evidence that the total weight of each package is correct. with a sales receipt when the order is taken. We do not accept complaints regarding the completeness of your retail material order if it is more than 3 days after the goods are taken/sent, after the package has been opened, or without clear evidence, such as a video. The goods handover process means that The customer or courier has agreed that the number of rolls for roll/whole material orders, and/or the number of packages/packaging for retail material orders is appropriate in quantity and in good condition. Therefore, PinG Textile is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs in transit. The courier who picks up the ordered goods must match what is informed by the customer
7. SELLING PRICE
Prices listed are in Rupiah. Prices include 11% VAT. Our selling prices are based on price per unit kilogram (Kg). Gross prices apply to all transactions purchasing Roll/Whole materials which are calculated based on gross weight. When purchasing Roll materials, the weight of the material is not re-weighed but is based on the original weight of the production part stated in the material label. The Net Price applies to all Retail material purchase transactions which are calculated based on the net weight. The tolerance between Gross and Net weight differs between one item and another in the type of material and the same or different colors. In general, the net and gross weight tolerance for cotton material types is around 5% - 10% and for non-cotton material types below 3%. Prices can change at any time without prior notice.
8. TAX INVOICE
PinG Textile can issue tax invoices for Customers who require them. Customers who require a tax invoice are required to notify us no later than 7 days from the invoice printing date. The requirement for submitting a tax invoice is a photocopy of NPWP for companies or individuals, or a photocopy of NIK for individuals. Then complete other important data such as email address, contact person, telephone number and so on. Please ensure that the company/personal name when placing an order is the same as the name listed on the NPWP or NIK. For order payments with tax invoices, you must pay out of a bank account. with the same name as the NPWP or NIK, except using the cash payment method. We will issue a tax invoice no later than 7 days from the date of request. The tax invoice will be sent via Whatsapp in the form of a PDF or e-mail to customers registered in the data base us. For the time being, tax invoices will be issued based on requests from customers, per transaction, not automatically even if the customer has already received a tax invoice from us. Before printing the tax invoice, certainty must be emphasized regarding the customer's tax invoice information and data.
8.10 For CV - PT, a tax invoice is required.
9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
PinG Textile is committed to providing and delivering our quality products and in accordance with our high product development standards. However, in certain circumstances, sometimes we find errors in the production and workmanship (Technical and Human Error). Therefore, we provide PinG Textile After-Sales services to help resolve any problems that may occur before, immediately and after the transaction.
9.1 PRODUCT QUALITY TOLERANCES
The production defect tolerance standard that we apply is a maximum of 3% of the total weight of the material purchased. The tolerance for differences in color of materials in different production batches or lots is a maximum of 10%. The tolerance for material shrinkage after washing is a maximum of 10% in the length direction and in the direction of width, especially occurs in cotton/cotton type materials. Each of our products goes through a coloring process with chemicals where at a certain time these products may experience fading in the washing process even though the product has never faded before. Please carry out a fading test before carrying out the production process. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Customers can return goods if they exceed our product quality tolerance standards (Point 9.1.1-9.1.4) or because the goods received do not match the order. Terms and conditions for material returns are: Can show the purchase invoice. Material returns are made no later than 30 days after the goods are picked up or sent. Materials are still intact and have not been cut or made into patterns/products. For roll material returns, production labels and packaging are still stored. Materials that are defective or completely damaged due to errors from PinG Textile, not due to error/negligence from the Customer or a third party. You are deemed to have made a sample and it has been approved by your buyer before producing in mass quantities. If a discrepancy occurs after the work process, such as the results of the material, the level of fading or shrinkage after the cutting, sewing or washing process, the material that has been cut or made into a product cannot be returned. We only accept claims for leftover materials that have not been cut or made into patterns no later than 7 days after the goods are picked up or sent. If the return/refund of materials is due to an error on our part and there are shipping costs during the process of returning the materials, then we will be responsible for these costs. .After we receive the returned material, we will check it first to ensure that the defective material is our responsibility. The results of the decision cannot be contested for any reason. If there is a return of returned materials that is rejected by PinG Textile, then all costs such as shipping costs and others are the responsibility of the Customer. PRODUCT GUARANTEE PinG Textile's product guarantee is a guarantee of returning materials ordered by the Customer not because an error on PinG Textile's part, but rather due to the Customer's request. The product guarantee applies to purchases of Roll and Retail materials. The terms and conditions of the PinG Textile product guarantee are: The purchase invoice is still saved. The product guarantee is valid for 30 days from the invoice date. The goods are still intact or uncut, and in their original condition along with the product label and packaging/packages. Before making a product warranty claim, we will double-check the condition of the goods. The decision whether a product warranty claim is accepted or not cannot be contested for any reason. All shipping costs are outside our responsibility. For Roll product guarantees there is no discount. For returns of retail materials, a fee of IDR 10,000 per kg is charged. This product guarantee does not apply to purchases of retail materials of less than 1kg. Product warranty services do not apply to orders for Pre-Oder/Special Order materials. no later than 3 days after the claim is received, it must be done on Tuesday or Friday. Refunds can only be made by bank transfer, namely via Bank BCA or Bank Mandiri in the same account name as the purchase invoice. If the Customer's bank account is different from our bank, an inter-bank transfer admin fee will be charged. Make sure the account number provided is appropriate and correct, errors in this information are beyond our responsibility. Sales with a tax invoice, the customer must bring a purchase return letter and tax return number.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Force Majeure or Force Majeure is a situation that occurs beyond the will of the parties and cannot be predicted in advance, so that the specified obligations cannot be fulfilled.
Some of those that fall into the category of force majeure are war, riots, revolutions, natural disasters, non-natural disasters, social disasters, strikes, fires, industrial disruptions and other disasters that must be declared by authorized officials/agencies. As a result of these compelling circumstances, we have the right to postpone obligations until the deadline for fulfilling the obligations.
